Why now
AI is already reshaping how people apply for jobs, write resumes, and do the work itself — and most classrooms haven't caught up. Future First was founded by Anastasia Martsinovskyi, an ethics and compliance leader whose career spans corporate ethics, AI governance, banking, and consulting, with graduate study in AI ethics. Growing up in Brooklyn, Anastasia saw firsthand how far a little exposure and access can take a student — and how much potential goes unreached without it. That gap is why this organization exists.

The pilot
Rather than launching across NYC, we're proving the model first — one school partner, one newsletter, one workshop series, one mentor network. That focused pilot is our proof of concept: real relationships and real outcomes before we scale.
