AI literacy · career readiness · access

Preparing today's students for jobs that don't exist yet.

Future First Initiative gives students access to AI literacy, career readiness, and the professional networks they need to thrive in a world that's changing faster than the classroom.

Our mission

Ready students for an AI-powered future.

Future First Initiative equips students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to thrive in an AI-powered future — through AI literacy, career readiness, mentorship, and real-world learning experiences that prepare the next generation to become confident leaders, ethical innovators, and lifelong learners.

Our vision

A future where access isn't the exception.

A future where every young person — regardless of background — has access to the education, technology, mentorship, and professional networks needed to shape tomorrow's workforce.

Schools prepare students for today's world. Future First prepares them for tomorrow's.

Why now

Most schools haven't caught up to how fast this is moving.

AI is already reshaping how people apply for jobs, write resumes, and do the work itself — and most classrooms haven't caught up. Future First was founded by Anastasia Martsinovskyi, an ethics and compliance leader whose career spans corporate ethics, AI governance, banking, and consulting, with graduate study in AI ethics. Growing up in Brooklyn, Anastasia saw firsthand how far a little exposure and access can take a student — and how much potential goes unreached without it. That gap is why this organization exists.

Who we serve

Grades 9–12

AI Literacy

What AI is, responsible use, prompt engineering, bias, deepfakes — and using AI as a learning tool instead of a shortcut.

Career Readiness

LinkedIn, resumes, interviews, professional communication, personal branding, and financial literacy — the things schools rarely have time for.

Future Skills

Problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration — durable skills that outlast any one tool or trend.

Access

Real connections to mentors, professionals, internships, workshops, and universities.

Programs

The pilot

Starting in one school. Built for every student.

Rather than launching across NYC, we're proving the model first — one school partner, one newsletter, one workshop series, one mentor network. That focused pilot is our proof of concept: real relationships and real outcomes before we scale.

For educators

What partnering with Future First looks like

We work with one school at a time, by design — real classroom integration and measurable outcomes, not a one-off assembly.

  • A signature 60–90 minute AI literacy and career-readiness workshop, tailored to your students
  • A recurring presence through the school year, not a single visit
  • Direct access to mentors and professionals in students' fields of interest
  • Simple impact tracking — attendance, feedback, and measurable learning outcomes

We're not preparing students for their first job. We're preparing them for careers that haven't been invented yet.

Because the future won't wait. Neither should they.
