Why now
AI is already reshaping how people apply for jobs, write resumes, and do the work itself. We're here to close that gap — one workshop, one mentor, one student at a time. Future First was founded by Anastasia Martsinovskyi, an ethics and compliance leader whose career spans corporate ethics, AI governance, banking, and consulting, with graduate study in AI ethics. Growing up in Brooklyn, Anastasia saw firsthand how far a little exposure and access can take a student — and how much potential goes unreached without it. That gap is the reason this organization exists.
